Oliver Lurot has been working at the highest levels of the property market – in London and beyond – for 25 years. In that time, he has established his reputation as one of the foremost property advisors in the capital. Beyond his extensive experience in sales, acquisitions, rentals and developments, Oliver has built a unique network within the industry, giving him unparalleled access to opportunities and market intelligence for his clients.
Property is in Oliver’s blood. He joined the family firm, Lurot Brand, when he returned to the UK from a stint in France. Here he worked his way up to the position of Sales director, and expanded the business substantially during his tenure. In 2012, he was approached by Savills to open their Notting Hill office, where he built and established a significant business working with properties from several million to over £50 million in value predominantly in Notting Hill, Holland Park, Kensington and surrounds. A fluent French speaker, Oliver’s network extends beyond the UK to key markets in France, Europe and North America.
Oliver’s values, diligence and determination for his clients can also be seen in some of his personal pursuits. He undertook his military service in France with an elite parachute regiment – and spent his time “jumping out of perfectly good planes” as he puts it. A keen runner, in 2018 he completed the vaunted Marathon des Sables ultramarathon.
Oliver is also a keen motorcyclist but has recently gone “green” so you may see him zipping around London on his electric BMW motorcycle.
