Our first meeting is a listening session – allowing us to truly understand your requirements, future plans and needs.
Knowing the right questions to ask is key.
Deploying our extensive network and market intelligence, we conduct a comprehensive search of all appropriate properties: both those currently on the market and, more importantly, those that are ‘off-market’ or have not yet been listed. We will also garner an understanding of those properties that are scheduled to come to the market in the coming weeks and months (as well as those that have recently sold) and the impact that this will have on supply and demand.
We compile a shortlist by previewing all relevant properties in order to eliminate all but the very best.
In the form of a comprehensive report, the best properties will be presented to you prior to arranging a viewing tour for you to inspect the selected options. Viewings are always organised with the level of discretion or anonymity required by the individual client.
Once the right property has been identified, we will advise you on all relevant factors such as value, sale history and best strategy. We will then submit an offer in writing on your behalf and leverage our experience and contacts to negotiate the best possible terms for you.
When terms have been agreed we will advise you on (and oversee) every step of the transaction right through to completion and beyond. Having been on both sides of many hundreds of high value transactions, we are experts at avoiding the pitfalls that come with buying or selling in the UK market and beyond.
Throughout the buying process, we will assume a huge amount of the pressure that is involved in a property purchase and make sure that all professional services are there to support the practical aspects of a move, such as removal companies, interior designer, builders and other contractors.
